What Shipping methods do you offer?
  • We offer FREE standard shipping in the USA.
Do you ship outside the USA?
  • Yes! But you will have to pay for international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I arrange a return/exchange?
  • Email us at: support@itsmando.com with your order number telling us if you would like a return/exchange.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

What is your returns policy?
  • We will provide refund for any items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered for a full refund. You will be credited on the original payment method used. This may take up to 5-7 working days from when the return is received to appear on your statement.
  • All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging. We will not issue a refund if the items show any signs of wear or are damaged, soiled or altered. We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

What if my item(s) are damaged or incorrect?
  • If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us as soon as possible (support@itsmando.com) with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number in the subject line. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
What is your exchange policy?
  • We will exchange any full-priced items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. All promotional items are eligible for an exchange after 14 days of receipt.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. We are able to offer an exchange for style and size, however if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, you will be charged or credited accordingly. We reserve the right to not refund the difference in price if you exchange any full priced item(s) for a discounted item(s).
  • All garments must be in a resellable condition, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging. We will not issue an exchange if the items show any signs of wear or are damaged, soiled or altered. We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them.
